Jet Filter

Function and Feature
By taking the dust the Jet Filter UMJF, throws clean air out of thechimney so that air- dust mixture has been purified. The round filter body first purifies the mixture with the cyclone system so that dust particles are held in bags.
Jet filters are used in flour, semolina and feed mills, food, chemical, wood processing, metal, soil and cement industries as general environment protection.
• Running pressure is between minimum 0.3 and maximum 0.5 bar
• The low pressure cleaning air is 0.5 bar
• Cleaning air consumption 20/40 NL /bag x pulse
• Maximum load is 9 m3/m2min. with bag length up to 2400 mm

Working Principle
After having separated air from dust, the filter throws clean air out of the chimney. The dust is holdby bags. The first cleaning process is done in the inner body of filter. With centrifugal movement thedust particles are hold on the surface of bags, and fall after blow down into the filter conic. The cleaning air, is sent to the chimney with pressured air so that clean air is given into the atmosphere. The pressured air is sent from the system with the help of blower or the pressured air.
