Fully Automatic Computerized Pellet Plant

Lark successfully designed and commissioned its first fully automatic controlled plant at M/s Unnat Feeds, Panipat, Haryana, India in February 2008. The plant capacity is 6 ton/hr on pellet and 8-10 MT/ hr on mash.
 
 
The Plant reflects our designing capability in terms of unique features we have provided in this plant:
   
The design is very compact and only two floors used with total height 42 ft and floor area
50 ft X 50 ft.
   
Five ingredients auto batching system with bulk loading chain conveyor 120 ft long.
   
Rotary distributor is used in place of chain/screw conveyor for all bins charging.
   
Controller for auto batching has auto and manual control. Control is through computer as well as directly from controller.
   
Provision for direct feeding to hammer mill section provided, incase auto-batching failure or for some different recipe with ingredients other than five in silos.
   
Only 40 ton structure is used.
   
The hammer mill working on 60 H.P and grinding 6 ton/hr on 3 mm screen. Feeding is automatic controlled as per load of main motor.
   
1 ton/batch double ribbon screw mixer provided with pneumatically controlled gates, automatic opening closing of gates with automatic mixing time control.
   
Oil dosing system with two oils, one for refined (free flowing), second for fat addition on level measuring basis given. Steam heating system for fat addition line is given.
   
Specially designed medicine hopper in S.S construction provided with automatic indication system to avoid double dosing or missing of dose of micro ingredients.
   
State of the art pelleting, conditioning, cooling and screening equipments.
   
All the bins are equipped with either auto level control or alarming system in case of over and under fill.
   
Auto bagging machine with slat conveyor and bag stitching machine attached to computer for reporting.
   
Reporting of each batch, on shift, day, week or monthly basis.
