LN Series Counterflow Cooler

1. Always take cooling effect on the pellets when the air from cold to hot, make full use of the air, as the result that need less air, low energy expenditure and no condensation;

2. The charge-in uniformly distributed, omnibearing blowdown in the bottom, evenly cool down the pellet;

3. Equipped with auto-controlling level blowdown system, the thickness of the material layer can be adjusted in wide-range, namely you can change the cooling time, and that the air volume is adjustable, to cool down different pellet;

4. Use counter cooling theory to avoid the pellet surface cracking which caused by the pellet  quenching, thus the pellte can get a good presentation quality;

5. Use the unique grid decompressing discharging system, so it can discharge clearly and crumb in the least.
