Plant designed to give 10 ton/day Pellet of 2.5 mm size and 15 MT/hr mash.
Hammer mill working on 100 H.P with our patented gap adjustment technology to give required texture and uniform grinding (for pellet or mash). Hammer mill give 10 MT/hr on 3 mm screen and 15 MT/hr on 6 mm screen.
2MT/batch double ribbon screw mixer working on 30 H.P given.
Only 26 ton structure used and total height of plant is 40 ft.
Batching is manually done, while bagging is automatic. Mash and pellet being bagged at common point.
