Job Description:
- Standardization of raw material and finished feed sampling
- Continuous monitoring of uniform implementation of raw material and finished feed analysis schedule and lab SOP in feed plants.
- Collection of raw materials and finished feed analysis data on weekly basis from all feed mills in the regions.
- Carrying out statistical analysis of lab results data for raw material and finished feed to have better quality control
- Weekly review of variation between actual lab results of all raw materials and all finished feed as against standard quality specification for raw material and formula specifications for finished feed
- Developing standard feed lab design with the details of various infra-structure required including man power for setting up of new feed mill lab in any feed mill.
- Monitoring the timely commencement of feed analysis lab work in any new feed mill and continuous follow up with corporate to avoid delay.
- Collecting date on weekly basis on micobiological quality of raw materials, machineries, finished feed, premixes and taking follow up action to improve the efficacy of bio-security measures followed in each feed mill/premix plant etc.
- Follow up action on weekly basis on bio &ndash security quality assurance certificate received from each feed mill.
Desired Candidate Profile
- B.VSC / M.VSc (Nutrition/Poultry Science)
- 1+ years of experience in Poultry industry with specific exposure in health /nutrition / medicine & vaccine.
- Excellent Communication.
- Excellent Interpersonal relationship
- Knowledge in Hindi and one more southern regional languages would be added advantage.
- Advanced Human relation skills.

0 - 5 Years
Education Required:
UG - BVSC - Veterinary Science
PG - MVSC - Veterinary Science
