The purpose of this position is to provide customer service/support to all customers of FC Feeds. Additionally, this position provides support to the sales, operations, accounting and management staff of the Feed department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.



• New Account Set Up & Documentation

• Provide 24X7 support to our customers on a rotating basis with other members of the customer service team

• Feed Budget Tracking

• VFD Tracking, Distribution and Record Keeping

• Feed Order Creation and Invoicing

• Customer Specific Invoice Reporting

• Contract Freight Invoicing

• Feed Vac Service Scheduling and Invoicing

• Misc Feed Service Coordination and Invoicing

• Maintain Site Information Records

• Maintenance of Feed Order and Invoice Records in accordance with company and regulatory record retention policies

• Daily Feed Order and Invoice Audit Report generation and verification

• Miscellaneous Customer Specific Reporting

• Feed Customer Accounts Receivable/Credit processing and reporting

• Communication with and support of feed customers, corporate feed department staff, feed sales staff, feed operations staff and the feed product accountant.
