Job Description
Reporting to the shift supervisor, the Dryer Operator will be expected to successfully produce fine chemical and pharmaceutical products in our manufacturing environment. Starting pay $18.00+/hr.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Operate and monitor drying equipment including tray dryers and vacuum dryers, of varying sizes and locations in the plant Operate milling and seiving equipment as directed by product specifications Label and package materials as instructed by batch records and in accordance with industry regulations Accurantely record all work on batch records and other operating documents in compliance with industry regulations Monitor processes and equipment as needed and required by batch record and customer need Assist in writing and updating process procedures and SOP’s Run basic laboratory tests using proper equipment and methods. Interpret results
Job Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent 3 or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment or related business Good communication skills, both oral and written Strong mechanical aptitude/knowledge Shift may be 8 or 12 hours and requires flexibility to work nights and weekends
