Fides petfood expands silo block

Fides Petfood has expanded it's silo block, with the work done by SCE silo construction & engineering.

Fides Petfood is a Belgian producer of private label cat and dog food and is part of the family group ‘Group Depré’, specialising in animal feed. The brands Hens' Feed and Depré Feed apply to classical animal feed; Beduco for hobby feed for birds and pigeons; and Euro-Premium for pet food products for cats and dogs.

After the installation of an entirely new production and storage plant in 2006 (capacity 1765 m³), this year 11 new smooth wall cells with a volume of 1360 m³ and a plug assembly system for raw materials and press flour were added.

This investment was accompanied by a substantial expansion of the warehouse and shipping area, so the company has a modern and flexible production system that meets the highest quality standards.
